The Annual Tulip Festival blooms again with lots of fun things for the family - games and crafts and pony rides, facepainting and all kinds of vendors selling everything from trinkets to original art. The UAG will be managing the 3rd annual Sidewalk Art Competition on Saturday from 930-5. Sign up in advance or on site for $15, which includes chalk and a Tshirt. You might even win a prize for the best artwork (adults, teens, and kids).
